内閣官房は、北海道と沖縄へ向かうフライトに搭乗する希望者に対し、搭乗前のPCR検査や抗原定量検査を無料で提供すると発表しました。東京/羽田・東京/成田・大阪/伊丹・大阪/関西・福岡から北海道と沖縄県内の空港に向かう便の利用者が対象で、7月20日から8月31日にかけて実施し、費用は無料です。検査は木下グループ新型コロナPCR検査センターで行います。東京/羽田・大阪/伊丹・福岡の3空港内のほか、東京都内5か所にも店舗を設けています。空港内店舗を利用する場合、クイック検査（抗原定量検査）を予約の上、搭乗券などを提示することで検査の受検ができ、30分程度で結果を受領できます。東京都内の店舗では、PCR検査を予約の上、搭乗2日前までに検査を受ける必要があります。キットの配送による検査もできます。検査を受ける場合、検査結果が陽性疑いとなった時には保健所、検査会社、航空会社などの指示に従うことに同意する必要があります。

The tests will be conducted from July 20 to August 31 and will be free of charge for passengers on flights from Tokyo/Haneda, Tokyo/Narita, Osaka/Itami, Osaka/Kansai, and Fukuoka to airports in Hokkaido and Okinawa. The test will be conducted at the Kinoshita Group New Corona PCR Test Center. In addition to the three airports of Tokyo/Haneda, Osaka/Itami, and Fukuoka, Kinoshita Group has set up stores in five locations in Tokyo. When using the stores in the airports, you can take the quick test (quantitative antigen test) by making a reservation and presenting your boarding pass, etc. You will receive the results in about 30 minutes. At stores in Tokyo, you need to make a reservation for the PCR test and take the test at least two days before boarding. You can also have a kit delivered for testing. If you choose to take the test, you must agree to follow the instructions of the public health center, the testing company, or the airline company in case the test result comes back positive.
