フランス観光開発機構(アトゥーフランス)をはじめフランスの観光事業者の団体は、フランスにおける責任ある観光に関する一般市民からの提言を募集し、2021年5月10日から6月20日までの期間で、世界各国から4万9432人から1830件の提言を集めました。参加者の国別の内訳は、フランス国内が最も多く4万4031人。国外からは5401人が参加し、そのうち日本から1424人と最多でした。寄せられた提言は、責任ある持続可能な観光に向けて、「汚染を生じない交通手段の開発」「ゴミの管理」「地元の産品や自然文化遺産の活用」「地域的な偏りのないバランスのとれた観光」「幼児期からの『より責任ある観光』に関する教育」など10の基本的な考え方に分けられました。提言は、選択設問への回答33万4400件とあわせて、今後、仏マクロン大統領が発表する観光回復計画の策定に生かされる予定とのことです。

[Proposals from around the World for Responsible Tourism in France]

The Organization for the Development of Tourism in France (Atout France) and other associations of French tourism businesses called for proposals from the general public on responsible tourism in France and collected 1,830 proposals from 49,432 people from around the world between May 10 and June 20, 2021.　The largest number of participants by country was 44,031 from France. Of the 5,401 participants from outside France, 1,424 were from Japan, the largest number. The proposals received were divided into 10 basic ideas for responsible and sustainable tourism such as "Development of non-polluting means of transportation, waste management, use of local products and natural and cultural heritage, balanced tourism without regional bias, and education from early childhood about "more responsible tourism." The proposals, along with the 334,400 responses to the optional questions, will be used to formulate the tourism recovery plan to be announced by French President Macron.
