ANAとJAL ジャカルタから特別便運航へ 搭乗希望者募集
在インドネシア日本国大使館などは、全日本空輸（ANA）と日本航空（JAL）による帰国特別便への搭乗希望者の募集を開始しました。運航を予定しているのは、ジャカルタ発東京/成田行きで、近日中の運航を調整しています。運航スケジュールは未定であるものの、希望者数を把握するため、在インドネシア日本国大使館が7月16日までにメールで希望を伝えるよう求めています。8月1日からは、在外邦人向けのワクチン接種プログラムが、羽田空港と成田空港で開始する見通しです。これに合わせて帰国希望者が増加傾向にあるものの、搭乗者数の制限措置によって予約が取りづらい状況が続いています。インドネシアからの帰国時には、出国前72時間以内と到着時の検査、ホテルや施設での入国後14日間の待機、入国後3日目・6日目・10日目の検査、成田空港から待機場所への公共交通機関以外での移動手段の確保などが求められます。航空会社が渡航者の希望に応じて、手配を代行することも検討しているとのことです。共同通信によりますと、7月14日午後、清水建設の社員や家族など約50名を乗せたANAの特別便が成田空港に到着しています。

The Embassy of Japan in Indonesia and other organizations have started accepting applications for boarding special flights back to Japan by All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Japan Airlines (JAL). The flights are scheduled to depart from Jakarta to Tokyo/Narita and are scheduled to start in the near future. Although the flight schedule is yet to be determined, the Embassy of Japan in Indonesia is asking people to e-mail their requests by July 16 in order to ascertain the number of applicants. The vaccination program for overseas Japanese is expected to start at Haneda and Narita airports on August 1. Although the number of people wishing to return to their home countries is on the rise in response to this program, it continues to be difficult to make reservations due to measures to limit the number of passengers. When returning from Indonesia, passengers will be required to undergo inspections within 72 hours before departure and upon arrival, wait at a hotel or facility for 14 days after entry, inspect on the 3rd, 6th, and 10th day after entry, and secure a means of transportation other than public transportation from Narita Airport to the waiting area. The airline is also considering making arrangements on behalf of the travelers, if they so desire. According to Kyodo News, a special ANA flight carrying about 50 people, including Shimizu Corporation employees and their families, arrived at Narita Airport in the afternoon of July 14.
