欧州連合（EU）、域内旅行を自由に移動できる共通証明書の発行へ デジタル証明のQRコード発行
欧州連合(EU)は、今夏のバケーションシーズンを控えて、域内を自由に移動できる共通証明書の発行を承認しました。現在は、各国で異なる入国基準を適用しているため、旅行再開に向けて混乱が生じると懸念されていました。AP通信によりますと、この証明書は、ワクチン接種の完了，検査よる陰性，感染から回復したことを証明するものです。「EU Digital COVID Certificate」のQRコードを含む証明書の発行は各国が行い、他国とのデータ共有は行われません。有効期限は2021年7月1日から12ヶ月間。既にブルガリア，クロアチア，チェコ，デンマーク，ドイツ，ギリシャ，ポーランドなどはこの仕組みを試験的に導入しています。EU域外からの入国については、日本を含めた8カ国が渡航規制解除国リストに追加されていますが、入国要件については各国が決定します。

The EU Digital COVID Certificate, including the QR code, will be issued by each country and no data will be shared with other countries. The certificate will be valid for 12 months from July 1, 2021. Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Poland and other countries have already introduced this system on a trial basis. 8 countries, including Japan, have been added to the list of countries that have lifted travel restrictions on entry from outside the EU, but the entry requirements will be determined by each country.
