インターナショナルSOSは、同社と国際商業会議所(ICC)、AOKpassが共同で開発したデジタル版COVID-19健康証明書を認証するモバイルアプリ「ICC AOKpass」を用いて、シンガポールへの入国審査が初めて行われたことを発表しました。使用したのはシンガポール航空SQ637便で、日本から帰国したシンガポール人です。AOKpass内に保存されたデジタル版COVID-19健康証明書は、品川イーストメディカルクリニックによって発行され、チャンギ空港での入国時にAffinidiが開発したUniversal Verifierによって読み取られました。入国管理局がブロックチェーンベースのデジタル認証による健康証明書を使用したのは初めてとなります。この実証に続き、今後はマレーシアとインドネシアからの旅行者がICC AOKpassによる入国が可能となります。その後、すべての旅行者による利用が可能になる予定で、チャンギ空港では利用者専用の入国レーンが設けられます。ICC AOKpassで必要なデジタル健康証明書の発行が可能な医療機関は、シンガポール安全渡航ウェブサイトで確認できます。シンガポールに向う旅行者は、出発前にPCR検査を受け、その結果をQRコードでICC AOKpass内に受け取る仕組みです。ICC AOKpassでは今後、ワクチン接種の記録などの認証も可能にしていく方針です。

International SOS announced that the first immigration check into Singapore was conducted using ICC AOKpass, a mobile app developed jointly by the company, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and AOKpass to authenticate the digital version of the COVID-19 health certificate. The digital version of the COVID-19 health certificate stored in the AOKpass was issued by Shinagawa East Medical Clinic and was read by the Universal Verifier developed by Affinidi upon entry at Changi Airport. The certificate was read by the Universal Verifier developed by Affinidi. This is the first time that the Immigration Department has used a blockchain-based digitally authenticated health certificate. Following this demonstration, travelers from Malaysia and Indonesia will now be able to enter the country using the ICC AOKpass. Medical facilities that can issue the digital health certificate required for the ICC AOKpass can be found on the Singapore Safe Travel website. In the future, the ICC AOKpass will also be able to authenticate vaccination records.
