フランス政府、日本など欧州外13ヶ国からの渡航制限を解除
フランス政府は、7月1日付けで発出した首相訓令で、日本を含む13ヶ国からの入国者に対する渡航制限を解除しました。対象国は、オーストラリア,カナダ,韓国,ジョージア,日本,モンテネグロ,モロッコ,ニュージーランド,ルワンダ,セルビア,タイ,チュニジア,ウルグアイです。これにより、国際移動適用除外証明書や新型コロナウィルスの症状が無い旨の宣誓書の携行、14日間の自主隔離も不要となります。今後、対象国はEU理事会の勧告や感染状況の推移、相互主義の尊重を考慮しつつ、少なくとも15日ごとに更新される方向です。
According to the Prime Ministerial Decree dated on July 1st, France has lifted travel restrictions for the following 13 countries.
- Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, South Korea, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Rwanda, Serbia, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay -
Accordingly, the above nationals are permitted to enter France without submitting any documents such as “International Travel Certificate to Mainland France from a Third Country” and “Sworn Statement of Absence of COVID-19 Symptoms and of Contact with Confirmed Cases. In addition, 14-day self-quarantine is not required, too.
In the future, the applicable countries will be updated at least every 15 days, considering the recommendations by the Council of European Union, the spread of infections and the reciprocity.
